Torre de Palma Wine Hotel

Torre de Palma Wine Hotel, a luxurious five-star hotel, was born in the heart of Alentejo wine region, near the village of Vaiamonte, Monforte, 2 hours from Lisbon. Inspired by the history and the Alentejo way of life, this project merges tradition with modernity and has wine and the Lusitano horse as motto.

With 19 rooms, a wine cellar, restaurant, spa, event and core spaces, riding arena, stable, organic vegetable garden, among other offers, this project aims to enhance the Alentejo wine region, the Lusitano horse and the locals products and create added value for a region yet to be discovered.

Torre de Palma Wine Hotel is inspired by the way of life of the population nearby Torre de Palma’s Roman Ruins, based on the production of wine and the creation of the Lusitano horse.

Strongly anchored in a wide range of experiences, the journey plans to take the guest to discover the secrets of genuine Alentejo, through organic farming workshops, gastronomy workshops, wine dinners, harvest, stargazing, horseback riding, birdwatching and walking and cycling, among other activities.
